Personal rights and data protection
(1) Participants agree that photos, film recordings, or interviews made in connection with their participation in the event may be distributed and published on radio, television, the internet (e.g., websites, social media, live streaming, apps), or in print media (e.g., on posters, flyers, program booklets) without any claim to remuneration.
(2) The organizer stores and processes the personal data provided by participants during registration for the purposes of conducting and processing the event. This applies in particular to data necessary for payment processing and communication.
(3) Participants agree to the publication of their surname, first name, gender, age group, place of residence, club, start number, and results (placings and times) in all event-related media such as online media (e.g., live streaming), print media, apps, and television.
(4) With the consent of the participants in the online registration, the organizational event organizer will pass on the participants\\\' personal data to the following companies for the following purposes:
(a) race result AG, Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Str. 11, 76327 Pfinztal, https://www.raceresult.com, is responsible for timekeeping at the event. The internet (and app) service provider is Emperon Studio GmbH, Sachsenring 51a, 50677 Cologne, https://www.emperon.studio/.
Participants agree that the organizer may pass on their surname, first name, address, gender, year of birth, nationality, club, and start number to race result AG and Emperon Studio GmbH for the purpose of timekeeping, creating start and results lists including rankings, and publishing these lists on the internet (and in the app), where they will be stored and published.
(b) Participants agree that the personal data collected by the organizational event organizer may be passed on to the relevant service provider (e.g., race result for the SMS service, etc.) when booking an additional service, provided this is necessary for the realization of the respective service.
(c) If participants have taken out entry fee insurance with Europ Assistance Services GmbH, Adenauerring 9, 81737 Munich, https://www.europ-assistance.de/, this company will have access to the participants\\\' personal data for the purpose of processing any refunds. This entry fee insurance is a service provided by Europ Assistance Services GmbH. The insurance will be processed and claims will be handled exclusively by Europ Assistance Services GmbH.
(d) If booked, participants agree that their first name, last name, start number, language selected in the registration, and email address will be passed on to the service provider Sportograf GmbH Co. KG, Dennewartstraße 25-27, 52068 Aachen, https://www.sportograf.com/, and stored.
(e) If booked, participants agree that their first name, last name, address, telephone number, and email address may be passed on to the service provider DHL, Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, https://www.dhl.de/, and stored for the purpose of sending the starting documents.
(f) If subscribed, participants agree that their first name, last name, gender, and email address may be passed on to the service provider Emperon Studio GmbH, Sachsenring 51a, 50677 Cologne, Germany, for the purpose of sending newsletters and email campaigns, https://www.emperon.studio/, and stored by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180, https://www.cleverreach.com/.
(5) Participants agree that the organizational event organizer may use the stored personal data for informational purposes for the event.
(6) Personal data will not be sold to third parties.
(7) Participants have the right to object to the transfer of their personal data. They must notify the organizational host of this in writing.
Note: However, certain event-related data (first name, last name, year of birth, nationality, club, start number, placement, and times) are of greater interest, however, so that participation is not possible without their storage, processing, and publication. This data will not be deleted.
