(1) The organizer is not liable for any health risks to participants. Please refer to Section 2 (2) of these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
(2) By registering, participants confirm that they are aware of the risk that, despite all hygiene measures implemented by the organizer, they could become infected with a disease such as the coronavirus during the event. The organizer cannot guarantee 100% protection against infection. The organizational organizer is not liable for any hospital costs or loss of earnings.
(3) The organizational organizer accepts no liability for items stored free of charge, including and in particular for clothing bags and their contents (e.g., clothing, glasses, keys, smartphones, etc.) handed in for safekeeping at the clothing bag drop-off point.
