5 Online login, starters’ list, collection procedure and time measurement

All of the personal data which you give in the online login is saved on a race result server inside Germany and is processed by us online for the purpose of the event execution of race result as a commissioned service provider.

Race result is likewise commissioned by us to undertake the related collection procedure, to carry out the time measurement at the event, to create and publish the starters’ lists before and the results after the race.

Race result undertakes not to make this data available to third parties and to process it in accordance with Article 32 only in conformity with GDPR.
